If you follow his Photoblog "Vanilla Days" you'll know his work. He's had photo's published in magazines and newspapers.
He is one of the few photographers who use HDR (High Dynamic Range.) That's the method where you combine 3 or more images, all exposed for different areas of the final photo. Basically you use all the correctly exposed bits of each photo, to make the final photo which contains amazing detail in every area. Highlights, Midtones and shadows all contain amazing detail.
HDR images have an . . .erm . . . other worldly look about them. You'll know what I mean when you look at them.

I went to The Albert Dock yesterday, to see Pete Carr's exhibition of photographs - Port of Culture.
